∎ To effectively lead the Research team to meet their objectives
∎ To maintain a comprehensive and up to date knowledge of developments in policy and practice in relation to research, evaluation, social return on investment and Labour Market Intelligence.
∎ To effectively manage the organisation's relationships with relevant external research bodies
∎ To contribute to the development and improvement of the research skills and knowledge of Skills for employees
∎ Ensure that equality of opportunity and valuing diversity is integrated into all activity and products.
∎ To reflect Skills for behaviours in management of employees and ways of working both internally and externally.
