Education: The incumbent for this position requires a B.Sc. in Textile Engineering / M.Sc /M.A/ M.S.S degree from any reputed Public or Private University.

Additional Requirements:

• Age At least 35 years

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Senior Manager role within a large-scale knit garments manufacturing industry.

Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.

Positive work ethics and result-oriented for assigned responsibilities.

Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.

Responsibilities & Context:

1. Attending and conducting the Risk analysis /Pre-production meeting.

2. Monitor and follow the pre-production, development activities.

3. Maintain Quality Control Management/Quality assurance management.

4. Monitor and oversee the mass manufacturing process to ensure the quality of garments is maintained at each production stage.

5. Conduct in-line and end-of-line inspections to identify defects in the operational process.

6. Ensure that SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for Cutting/sewing/Finishing quality are being followed consistently by operators.

7. Identify sewing defects and work closely with sewing operators and supervisors to rectify them promptly.

8. Investigate the root causes of recurring defects and implement preventive measures to avoid similar issues in the future.

9. Continuously evaluate and improve sewing techniques and processes to reduce the DHU %, Rework and increase efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards.

10. Conduct team supervision and training to develop the team skill, quality standard, policy and SOPs,

11. Ensure that all records of inspections, tests, and audits are documented and filed for future reference.

12. Maintain Reports and documentation and data analysis and make continues improvement through corrective/preventive measure.

13. Ensure all garments produced meet company standards, buyer specifications, and international quality standards.

14. Work closely with production managers, technical teams, and merchandisers to align on quality goals and address any issues related to fabric quality, patterns, or design specifications.

15. Ensure that sewing machines are properly maintained and calibrated for optimum performance and precision.

16. Monitor and analysis the team KPI and drive the team to achieve the target as per organization setup.

17. Responsible for maintaining and make sure all QMS/GMP & Products safety /compliance requirements and maintain in day-to-day activities.
