Responsibilities & Context:
Lead Quality Assurance team of Sweater Division to educate, aware and standardize the process to ship ultimate quality garments toward the valued customers
Control defects at Knitting Stage, linking and sewing inline activities to maintain customer recommended inline quality systems·
Implement and ensure proper methods are followed in quality and inspection systems·
Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues·
Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards·
Attend PP Meeting to identify and suggest critical points and understand the processes
Communicate the Quality Requirements to the Quality Inspectors and Checkers·
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system·
Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions in sewing section
Guide to the quality control team through on-the-job training by following quality SOP, tools, and techniques·
Coordinate with Production Supervisors and Manager to show the new guideline or existing guidelines of QAD processes·
Arrange training for production team to adopt and understand the updates for Quality manual and requirements·
Improve the quality checking systems·
Communicate the Top defects with relevant team
Maintain 5S and QMS in Quality processes and places
