∎ Textile Engineering from any recognized University will be preferred

Experience Requirements:
∎ 20 to 22 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Must have 20 years of experience in both Knitted and Woven Garments.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have 20 years of experience in both Knitted & Woven Garments including Denims.
∎ Should be capable of handling Q.A of 30 Sewing Lines factory located at Dhaka & Outsourcing factories.
∎ Must have strong experience in pre-production, online & finishing Q.A systems & AQL levels.
∎ Develop the quality standard and implementation rules for achieving the quality of the garments.
∎ Maintains and improves product quality by monitoring product requirements, SOP, compliance and technical support.
∎ Plan, promote and organize training activities related to the product quality and reliability.
∎ Closely work with respective buyer representative during their visit, implement buyer comments and make action plan.
∎ Any other task is given by the management.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in quality system.

∎ Well-groomed, smart and energetic problem solving and result oriented
∎ Work in innovative way for simplifying tasks and assignments
∎ Ability to multi task and remain organized, meet deadlines
∎ Strong knowledge in quality system and all kinds of Technical Audit.
∎ Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office, IT proficiency - skill is a MUST in MS Office package (Specially, Email, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English is must
