Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in EEE/ ETE/ ECE/ CSE from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan to execute the project and monitor its progress activities and resource planning to meet the project time.
∎ Organizing and motivating project team members to complete project
∎ Able to set realistic deadlines and communicate consistently with project team members.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction by implementing effective communication and keep the clients up-to-date
∎ Responsible to identify and evaluate potential risks before the project begins and able to handle or avoid risks or at least minimize its' impact.
∎ Responsible to manage project reports and do related documentation.
∎ Should have good knowledge on communication with government authorities for Right-of-way (ROW) acquisition, permission, time-to-time follow up, reporting, demand notes processing as well as final agreement or dead settlement with respected department.
∎ Prepare weekly/Monthly/ Quarterly project planning and reporting on work progress
∎ 24*7 support according to the demand of Bahon Limited
∎ Visiting to various projects in different districts and update to management.
∎ Responsible to follow up prepared documentation and network architecture for future expansion.
∎ Establish excellent working relationships with the vendors/suppliers and other functional teams.
∎ Working with the MNOs, ISPs, IIGs, Vendors and team members - proactively identify and propose alternative or more efficient ways of working for best practice and excellent execution.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 years Hands on experience in Optical Fiber Network Deployment.
∎ Fiber operation and maintenance knowledge will be considered as plus point

Salary: Negotiable
