Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation/Post Graduation from any renowned public/private university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for securing ROW permissions from various authorities, including City Corporation, Powrashova, Zilla Parishad, Roads and Highway Department, and LGRD.
∎ Act as the primary company representative and spokesperson in all external communications with stakeholders.
∎ Oversee and monitor all administrative tasks within regional offices to ensure efficiency and compliance.
∎ Maintain and organize all administrative documents to ensure easy access and compliance with document retention policies.
∎ Provide essential support to the admin department to facilitate the smooth execution of administrative functions.
∎ Uphold discipline and maintain proper administrative control within the workplace.
∎ Assist the Manager (Admin & Regulatory Affairs) in the preparation and distribution of office orders and administrative communications.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Computer Operating, Email, Net Browsing, Good command over Writing & Reading English
