Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field (Master's degree preferred)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify, evaluate, and source a wide range of telecommunications network equipment and materials, including fiber optic cables, network switches, infrastructure hardware, power supply equipment, network security solutions, and more.
∎ Ensure the procurement of high-quality products that meet industry standards and company requirements.
∎ Vendor Management:
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
∎ Negotiate pricing, supply contracts, and delivery terms to secure favorable deals for the organization.
∎ Monitor supplier performance and address any issues to ensure consistent product availability.
∎ Cost Control:
∎ Implement cost-effective procurement strategies to optimize expenditure while upholding product quality and reliability.
∎ Regularly assess market trends and pricing to make informed procurement decisions.
∎ Inventory Management:
∎ Oversee inventory levels and maintain optimal stock levels for critical network components.
∎ Develop crisis management strategies to ensure uninterrupted supply during emergencies.
∎ Quality Assurance:
∎ Ensure that all procured products meet industry standards and adhere to company quality requirements.
∎ Collaborate with quality control teams to conduct inspections and resolve quality-related issues.
∎ Budgeting:
∎ Develop and manage the yearly procurement budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource allocation.
∎ Compliance:
∎ Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.
∎ Ensure that all procurement activities comply with legal and ethical standards.
∎ Team Leadership:
∎ Lead and manage a team of procurement professionals.
∎ Provide guidance, training, and support to the team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
∎ Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
∎ Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
∎ Proficiency in procurement software and tools.

Salary: Negotiable
