Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline preferably in Social Science (Development studies, Economics, Business administration or other related fields.)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Demonstrate high coordination and negotiations skills
∎ Strong attention to detail, problem solving skills.
∎ Experience with the operations of NGOs, multilaterals, CSOs, CSAs, and donor partners.
∎ Strong grounding in quantitative and qualitative research methods.
∎ Knowledge of statistical methods required.
∎ Demonstrated ability to produce analytical donor reports.
∎ Possess high understanding of programme operations including procurement and field realities
∎ Demonstrate courage and confidence to have sensitive conversations with other CO teams, Partners and Affiliates
∎ Fluent in English and Bangla written and verbal, including public speaking.
∎ Minimum 5 years experience in relevant field is required
