• Lead the entire dye/ wet processing cycle of knit fabrics from batch preparation through dyeing, finishing, and quality assurance with clear performance goals.

• Ensures cost efficiency, with buyer requirements and sustainability standards.

• Ensure all dyeing processes meet customer requirements, timely delivery, consistent quality with buyer requirements and sustainability standards.

• Collaborate with Planning and Operation departments to ensure smooth order execution.

• Monitor lab-to-bulk recipe accuracy, shade approvals, and ensure color consistency across production batches.

• Ensure smooth coordination between dyeing, finishing, and quality teams.

• Monitor key parameters: liquor ratio, dye/chemical dosing, process cycle times, and machine performance.

• Supervise finishing processes for knits: stenting, compacting, sue ding, calendaring, and special finishes.

• Ensure fabric properties such as GSM, shrinkage, spirality, hand feel, and surface finish meet buyer standards.

• Set quality control checkpoints at batch, dyeing, and finishing stages.

• Shade approvals, fastness testing, shrinkage/spirality, and fabric performance tests.

• Work closely with production, lab, and maintenance teams to achieve production targets without compromising quality.

• Prepare and maintain proper documentation, reports, and data analysis of production, wastage for management review.
