• Experience preferred in Knit Wash.

• Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.

• Ensure operational activities of Washing Project.

• Plan and monitor of Daily / Monthly Production Target.

• Guide to the subordinates so that the Quality Standard is met by Forecasting and reviewing the result.

• Set the priorities, combinations of the wet and dry process according to the plan & target.

• Give continuous guidance to the washing staff for machine utilization and target daily production.

• Involvement in monitoring of materials (Chemicals) stock for uninterrupted operation.

• Give the full support to the Research and Development Department.

• Make a continuous study of work improvement and give report to the higher authority.

• Ensure that all safety and right operation of the machine are maintained by the team.

• Drive on cost saving and material utilization.

• Communicate with maintenance department to ensure good running conditions of the machines & equipment for uninterrupted workflow.

• Communicate with the merchandiser & buyer for sample development & bulk production.

• Calculate the costing & submit wash cost for both (in-house & outside) order.
