Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement strategies for integrating Microsoft technologies to enhance ISP operations.
∎ Align departmental goals with organizational objectives to drive growth and efficiency.
∎ Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers and IT professionals.
∎ Conduct performance reviews, identified skill gaps, and organize training for team members.
∎ Oversee the implementation, management, and optimization of Microsoft-based systems, including Office 365, Azure, and Windows Server. . Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of all Microsoft technologies.
∎ Develop and manage IT infrastructure like SWITCH, Router, server, AD & mail server. virtualization.
∎ Collaborate with customer support teams to resolve escalated issues related to Microsoft systems.
∎ Develop customer centric solutions using Microsoft technologies to improve service delivery.
∎ Plan and execute projects involving Microsoft tools, such as migrations, upgrades, and new deployments.
∎ Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for Microsoft-related projects.
∎ Monitor system performance and provide insights to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
∎ Prepare and present performance reports and recommendations to senior leadership.
∎ Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all Microsoft -related operations.
