Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Developing a deep understanding of the company's services and solutions to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
∎ • Developing and implementing sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
∎ • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
∎ • Creating and delivering persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of the company's services.
∎ • Staying updated on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats in the market.
∎ • Meeting or exceeding sales quotas and targets on a regular basis.
∎ • Preparing proposals and quotations in response to client inquiries, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
∎ • Negotiating terms and contracts with clients, addressing concerns, and closing deals.
∎ • Keeping accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue generated.
∎ • Collaborating with customer support and technical teams to ensure clients receive excellent post-sale support and service.
∎ • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of services to clients.
∎ • Staying up-to-date with advancements in data, internet, IP-Telephony, SMS, Microsoft, and cloud technologies to better serve clients.
∎ • Ensuring that all sales activities adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
∎ • Providing feedback to product development and marketing teams based on client interactions and market insights to enhance offerings.
∎ • Contributing to the overall growth and success of the company by consistently expanding the client base and increasing revenue streams.
∎ • Work closely with technical, Finance, and accounts teams.
∎ • Prepare and Submit Daily Works Report to Manager Sales.
