Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Evaluate the creditworthiness of potential customers by analyzing their financial statements, credit history, and other relevant information.
∎ • Establish and manage credit limits for customers based on risk assessment and company policies.
∎ • Generate and dispatch accurate and timely invoices to customers for services rendered, ensuring compliance with contractual terms.
∎ • Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and proactively follow up with customers to ensure timely settlement of outstanding invoices.
∎ • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes promptly and professionally in coordination with relevant departments.
∎ • Initiate and manage collection efforts for delinquent accounts, including sending reminders, negotiating payment plans, and escalating to higher authorities if necessary.
∎ • Generate reports on accounts receivable and credit risk, providing insights and recommendations to the First Asst. Vice President.
∎ • Identify potential credit risks and recommend strategies to mitigate them, such as adjusting credit terms or requiring additional security.
∎ • Collaborate with sales and account management teams to foster positive customer relationships while safeguarding the company's financial interests.
∎ • Work closely with colleagues in Technical, finance, accounting, and legal departments to achieve company-wide financial goals and objectives.
∎ • Prepare and submit a paper to the Manager.
