∎ Proven experience in knit garment production; supervisory or assistant managerial experience is highly valued.
∎ Strong knowledge of production planning, line balancing, resource optimization, and cost control.
∎ Familiarity with lean manufacturing, time & motion studies, and factory compliance standards.
∎ Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production targets in line with order delivery commitments.
∎ Optimize manpower and machine allocation for maximum productivity and smooth workflow.
∎ Monitor real-time production status and take swift action to meet tight deadlines.
∎ Ensure strict compliance with production SOPs, buyer requirements, and audit standards.
∎ Oversee sewing, knitting, and finishing lines for seamless operational flow.
∎ Identify bottlenecks and implement quick, effective solutions to keep production on track.
∎ Collaborate with IE, QA, and Maintenance teams for uninterrupted operations.
∎ Manage line balancing and drive initiatives to improve production efficiency.
∎ Ensure top-tier quality control across all production stages, minimizing defects and rework.
∎ Enforce compliance with health, safety, and labor laws across the floor.
∎ Champion 5S, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement culture.
∎ Lead, train, and motivate floor supervisors and workers to build a high-performing team.
∎ Evaluate team performance and foster a culture of discipline, accountability, and growth.
∎ Prepare and present clear and actionable production reports to senior management.
