Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/Masters from a reputed University with PGDHRM/PGDPM;
∎ Having MBA in HRM will be preferred;

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and develop all HR related activities of Spinning Division;
∎ Provide the information to the management for developing a strategic approach and ensure optimum workforce deployed for the functions at site;
∎ Deliver information to Corporate HR for developing appropriate human resource policies and standard to ensure effective, fair and equitable management of staff throughout the company;
∎ Monitor the functional activities of occupational safety, health, compensation, working environment, etc.
∎ Work closely with departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement different policies & procedures;
∎ Negotiating with non-management employees on the issues related to welfare, benefits, etc. with the help of management;
∎ Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
∎ Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs of respective complex;
∎ Maintain a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions;
∎ Coach and discipline employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors;
∎ Maintains employee benefits programs by assessing benefit needs and trends;
∎ Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource procedures and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization;
∎ Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures;
∎ Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records;
∎ Complete human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results;
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 10 years of experience in relevant field out of which 2-3 years in similar field;
∎ Proven experience in related field from a large Spinning/Textiles Industries;
