Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor / Masters in any discipline with proven experience
∎ B.Sc in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
∎ Skills Required: Boiler Maintenance, Mmaintenance, Utility

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garments Industry, Garments Washing Plant
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Washing Factory, Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the process of the introduction of new machinery, its commissioning and installation properly.
∎ To minimize NPT (Non-Productive Time) at a minimum level. Manage the team to ensure machine availability, re-actively managing dysfunctional machinery with shift management.
∎ Ensuring that all equipment is in safe working order in line with current regulations. Ensuring that all certificates of compliance are maintained and up to date in accordance with relevant legislation.
∎ Designing maintenance programs. Checking Maintenance units. Recording daily maintenance activity.
∎ Monitoring inexperienced or new employees. Running an efficient repair reporting system.
∎ Responding quickly to any emergencies. Involved in the hiring on maintenance personnel.
∎ Running a preventive maintenance program that will minimize service repairs in the long run. Building up maintenance teams.
∎ Maintain all types of valves of water, gas and steam lines and maintain required pressure.
∎ Carry out all sorts of preventive maintenance work of steam, gas and water lines and of Boiler.
∎ Supervise works of Pipe Fitter, Boiler Operator and helper.
∎ Foresee the requirements of spear parts, Chemicals, Salt, and grease for carrying out break down maintenance and preventive maintenance of boiler in the factories and forward the requisition for approval of the management.
∎ Carry out the installation/ erection works of new plants and equipment as and when assigned for the same in Factories.
∎ Any other works assigned by higher management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 36 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have good expertise on Utility & Maintenance in Dyeing & Washing section
∎ Should have good team leading capacity
∎ Should be good in communication both written and oral
∎ Should have English literacy
∎ Should have good intention to follow management instructions

Salary: Tk. 60000 - 70000 (Monthly)
