∎ LL. B (Hons), LL.M, with work experience of at least 08 years in corporate legal matters, contracts, secretarial and/or litigation (Barrister or Attorney is preferred)

∎ Telecommunications or regulated industry legal experience will be treated as an added advantage.
∎ Strong drafting and vetting skills
∎ Knowledge in Bangladesh Telecom Act, BTRC Policies, regulations & directives
∎ Analyzing and Advising on Legal Risk Management
∎ Preservation and Maintenance of Legal documents
∎ Experience in Court matters is preferable. Membership of the High Court Bar is preferred.

∎ We are seeking a dynamic legal professional for the mentioned position in the Legal department in the Corporate Affairs & Planning Division of EDOTCO Bangladesh Co Ltd.
∎ Responsible to offer legal advisory and contract preparation services for corporate affairs and business activities of EDOTCO Bangladesh. Additionally, the aim is to guarantee compliance with in-country legal regulations and guidelines set by relevant regulators.
