Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strategic Leadership & Team Management
∎ Develop and execute lead generation campaigns that support business objectives, including the creation of targeted lists, email, web, and social media outreach
∎ Work with marketing team to create high-quality content that will be used in lead generation campaigns
∎ Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in lead generation campaigns
∎ Manage budget for lead generation campaigns and track ROI
∎ Stay up-to-date on latest lead generation practices and tools
∎ Train and manage a team of lead generation specialists
∎ Develop processes and systems to streamline lead generation activities
∎ Monitor and report on progress of lead generation campaigns
∎ Identify and troubleshoot issues with lead generation campaigns
∎ Adjust campaign strategies as needed to achieve desired results
∎ Collaborate with sales team to ensure leads are being followed up on in a timely manner
∎ Provide feedback to marketing team to improve future campaigns
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years

Salary:
∎ Tk. 60000 - 80000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary is negotiable for highly experienced and skilled candidates
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Performance bonus, Weekly 2 holidays
∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Work Schedule: 5 days a week with Friday and Saturday off.
∎ Refreshments: Unlimited tea and coffee, plus one-time snacks.
∎ Salary Review: Conducted every 3-6 months.
