Experience Requirements:
∎ 9 to 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the entire key account operations by implementing company strategies and objectives
∎ Lead a team to ensure sales target achievement as well as credit realization
∎ Develop and manage business relationship with major customer groups or portfolio of key customers that includes modern trade and HORECA channel
∎ Ensure availability of products through effective distribution channel and customers/dealers relationship
∎ Ensure regular market visits including all high volume outlets
∎ Identify and resolve customer complaints by company policy
∎ Reduce cost and Customer turnover to dtay profitable
∎ Ensure and maintain product damage control measures

Additional Requirements:
∎ 10-12 years of experience in Key Accounts of FMCG/Ice Cream/Frozen Food Industry
∎ have good understanding of cold chain operations in product storage and delivery
∎ have Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills
∎ be hard-working, innovative and flexible

Salary:
∎ Depending upon the qualification, experience and profile of the candidate, remuneration will be competitive.
