Job Context:
∎ Gram Unnayan Karma (GUK) is one of the leading non-government social development organization in Bangladesh. This organization is helping the under-privileged people of Bangladesh by providing finance, education, healthcare, and market linkage to realize their full potential. GUK is operating in 56 districts of Bangladesh with more than 5000 employees. GUK Training Center is responsible for training & development of the employees & beneficiaries of the organization.
∎ GUK is looking for a Senior Manager (IT) to develop and operate IT infrastructure, to manage IT related projects and to lead its IT support team.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare plan & budget for IT infrastructure development
∎ Prepare request for quotation and validate products during procurement.
∎ Manage IT infrastructure deployment projects including data network, ERP, HRMS, Microfinance operation software, email service, PABX etc.
∎ Perform configuration and day to day operational activities of IT resources
∎ Maintain good operational health, troubleshoot problems, and ensure accurate report availability from different systems
∎ Act as the point of contact with vendors, regulatory and partner organization for IT related projects
∎ Train up GUK employees with new software and provide technical support through support team
∎ Develop software and write scripts to analyze data and to prepare reports
∎ Regularly update GUK website and social media
∎ Proactively identify new useful technology available in the market and coach the support team to develop necessary skills among them.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ 6 - 10 years' IT experience preferably in microfinance.
∎ The candidate should have good understanding of IP network configuration
∎ Must be familiar with front end tools like HTML, CSS, JavaScript
∎ The candidate should have moderate expertise with WordPress, SEO and cPanel administration
∎ Must be familiar with database application and able to manipulate data with scripts
∎ The candidate should have good command on MS Office application, especially on MS Excel
∎ The candidate must have experience of software development with any programming language
∎ Candidates having experience on python will get advantage
∎ Candidates having experience of email service / PABX / file server / CCTV configuration will get advantage
∎ The candidate should have good communication and leadership skills with at least 3 years' supervisorial experience in related field
∎ The candidate should be able to learn new skills with minimum supervision
Salary:
∎ Tk. 45000 - 60000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary is negotiable for highly qualified candidates.
