Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understand business plan and supervising the manpower planning.
∎ Supervise recruitment activities-Issue Advertisement, Shortlisting, Interviewing and selection.
∎ Supervising joining and onboarding formalities.
∎ Supervising Placement, Transfer, Posting.
∎ Supervising the handling process of Disciplinary cases.
∎ Employee Grievance Management.
∎ Supervising the management process of KPI & Performance Appraisal.
∎ Maintaining liaison with all business units, branches & back-office.
∎ Meeting the requirements of all stakeholders.
∎ Supervising the reporting of internal & external bodies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 8 (Eight) years’ working experience in leading commercial banks/NBFI/MNC in the relevant area.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Labor Laws, Disciplinary Proceedings. Working experience in technology based environment will be given preference.
∎ Smart, Team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude.
∎ Good communication skill in Bangla and English.
∎ Very good skills in MS Office
