Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure 100% implementation of buyer's COC.
∎ In-depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods and best practices.
∎ Solid understanding of research methods and analysis.
∎ Ability to strategize and formulate business plans.
∎ Should be able to control field forces, prepare annual Sales Budget and monitor field activities to achieve the budget.
∎ Should be capable to work independently with commitment and self motivation to attain company's objective.
∎ Should be able to set up market for Sales & Marketing team.
∎ Should be able to set up and coordinate new and existing stockiest of the company to improve their performance throughout the country.
∎ Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
∎ To take a key role in the HR recruitment process.
