Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for HRM and Administration in Head office and Factory.
∎ Enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
∎ Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
∎ Coordinating and supporting the recruitment process including determining suitable salaries and remuneration.
∎ Developing adequate induction and training.
∎ Providing the necessary support for monthly payroll requirements.
∎ Talent program for the employees to make sure to keep the good people in the company.
∎ Scheduling management conferences with employees, hearing and resolving employee complaints and counseling employees and supervisors.
∎ Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
∎ Follow-up overall administrative management.
∎ Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource laws and regulations.
∎ Any other duties and responsibility assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 34 to 42 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have experience in a multinational Company.
∎ Experience in a Senior-level human resources position.
∎ Experience to handle all HR and administrative related daily activity as well as statutory and legal compliances.
∎ Must have excellent inter personal communication skill in English with oral, verbal and E-mailing.
