Educational Requirements:
∎ Master degree from any reputed university major in Human Resource/Social Work / Psychology / Counseling or relevant field. MBA in HRM will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure optimum workforce deployed for the functions at site.
∎ Align with functions (department Head) and site Head for interviewing and external communications (publishing) based on approval from recruiter (Managing Director).
∎ Keep good relation and working condition for all employees at site and fulfil gaps if any to make sure company reputations are maintained.
∎ Make sure health check-ups of employee done following internal and external requirements and working conditions (including safety) are well maintained in every facility of pharmaceutical operations.
∎ Make sure administrative aspects are well coordinated (security, transportation, facility management and internal disciplines like cleaning for housekeeping).
∎ Make sure any audit and visit preparations are planned well in advance with appropriation.
∎ Hiring needs /formalities are executed on time.
∎ Salary benchmark for associates reviewed yearly basis.
∎ Promotions/ performance appraisal/improvements are sorted out on time and reward announcement are made appropriately.
∎ Any disciplinary topic bring to management attention and sorted as per compliance needs of company and authority.
∎ Keeps good relation and liaison with Labor ministry and other regulatory bodies.
∎ Code of conducts set by the company followed in the site properly.

∎ Minimum 09 year(s) experiences in reputed pharmaceutical company
