Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute and monitor all HR, admin and compliance activities at factory level.
∎ Ensure Six Sigma Practices in every aspect of Factory Operation.
∎ Develop and implement structured HR System (HR Planning, Recruitment, Training & benefits and compensation systems) with proper alignment with company's policies and industry practices.
∎ Design and develop better organization structures as per requirement to ensure human maximum HR efficiency.
∎ The professional should have sound knowledge on Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Performance Management, Leave Management, Labor Laws, Management of Payroll /benefits/ facilities as supported by the existing Law of the country, Analysis of Man Machine Ratio, People Mapping, KPI, Floor management and so on.
∎ Address employee related issues like grievance handling and other disciplinary procedures as per law.
∎ Formulate and review different HR, admin and Compliance policies depending on the organizations’ requirement. Implement policies & regulations.
∎ Accountable for individual and team compliance with internal policies, procedures and all applicable external laws, regulations, standards and industry codes.
∎ Lead a team to prepare working environments according to social compliance standards as well as Sedex, BSCI, WRAP & ISO's requirements.
∎ Directly responsible for Work activities of BSCI, ACCORD, ISO, WRAP and others certification program.
∎ Any other task assigned by Top Level Management as and when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 39 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 5-10 years of experience in core factory based HR and compliance issues
∎ Masters / MBA in HRM from any reputed local or foreign university.
∎ Candidates having PGD in HRM or Diploma in Social Compliance will have an added advantage. Only males are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable
