∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CCNA, Cisco, MikroTik
Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide technical assistance for maintaining office computers, IT equipment and networking systems by performing regular checks to ensure smooth functionality and connectivity.
∎ Installing windows, hardware and software troubleshooting.
∎ Install, configure and maintain networking devices like manageable and non-manageable switches & routers (especially CISCO devices).
∎ Hardware troubleshooting for desktop, laptop, pad, tablet, mac, iPhone , printer, scanner, and different types of IP devices.
∎ Ensure all CCTV systems and cameras are functioning properly.
∎ Identify and recommend new technology solutions.
∎ Perform any other task assigned by supervisor.
∎ Having mentality to work under pressure
∎ Having mentality to provide support any time for any office emergency
