∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Fashion Designing
∎ B.Sc/ M.Sc in Fashion Design Technology from any reputed university especially any foreign Institute.

∎ Age 30 to 45 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the entire team of designers, and product developers, focusing on in-house strength & capabilities.
∎ Cover the whole product range from the style analysis up to the garment ensuring correct fabrics & garments construction, and value addition.
∎ Retain strong comprehension of business development through line development, design specifications & product marketing.
∎ Guiding patterns and specification sheets for samples following a design brief.
∎ Direct and coordinate sample section involved cutting patterns and constructing samples.
∎ Lead research & survey and collect sources of information in order to rework, evolve and advance ideas.
∎ Conduct market & trend analysis and maintain creation of quality fashion design that suits the customers' brand;
∎ Ensure specification and development of products with the required quality standards;
∎ Must have good knowledge of wash techniques and various print media and embroidery work also.
∎ Understand the different fabric qualities/ yarn/ measurements/ technical aspects of garment construction.
∎ Work with Product Development Team to improve the Garments Sample fit, better shape of pattern, samples & Grading.
∎ Develop/modify products to improve production efficiency and quality and liaise with those involved in the production process.
∎ Working closely with sample makers to prioritize pattern work in order to meet critical path deadlines as well as working closely with the design team;
∎ Creating 'special measure' patterns according to measurements sent by customers;
∎ Provide strong and consistent product direction and own the process of balancing the range to include the development of seasonal key looks, fashion items and essential pieces appropriate for individual customers.
∎ Provide trend analysis of colours, styles, and details utilizing different design sources & global trend research and meet up global trends, apparel, fabrics & graphic design and implementation.
∎ Introduce new customers while maintaining strong business relationships with the existing customers and adopt appropriate methods of researching, analyzing, and interpreting the behavior of different consumer groups.
∎ Educate the business team on the new garments, fabrics and embellishment techniques.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kinds of wastage.
∎ Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.
