Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Diploma in Fashion & Textile Design from a reputed university.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Having Professional certification will be added extra advantage.
∎ Skills Required: 2d design, 3D Design, CorelDraw, Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Denim Design Development, Fashion Design, Product Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Applicant must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in garment product design & development.
∎ Develop new concepts as a part of the creative process.
∎ Ensure creative innovation, analysis & prediction of trends in fabrics, colors and shapes of new product design as per market demand.
∎ Successfully reduced cost-associated issues on developments.
∎ Responsible for New Product Development and Launching.
∎ Should have adequate knowledge of Strategic Planning & Execution.
∎ Should have experience in Brand Promotion & Event Planning.
∎ Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management &Vendor Management as well.
∎ Direct interaction with buying office & buyers for Tec packs, sampling for production.
∎ Any Other task is given by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience in Knit & Woven.
∎ Must have thorough knowledge and understanding of the Solid working knowledge of Adobe Design Suite or illustrator.
∎ Should have good communication skills both spoken and written in English and Bengali.
∎ Should be able to work on own initiative under pressure.
∎ Good understanding of fabric and design requirements.
∎ Must be able to adhere to deadlines and have strong time management capability.
∎ Experience in Fashion and Product Design Software.
∎ Strong command over Pattern Making, Grading, Consumption and Size Specification.
∎ Able to Analyze feedback and data to judgments and solve problems.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bangla, Hindi & English languages
