∎ We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Senior Manager to oversee and manage our commercial operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in export-import procedures, customs regulations, and supply chain management, ensuring efficient and compliant business processes.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and manage the commercial department, focusing on both import and export activities.
∎ Ensure compliance with the latest import policies, customs bond rules, and regulations.
∎ Oversee international business transactions, including trading, customs clearance, and forwarding.
∎ Negotiate with authorities and stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
∎ Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency.
∎ Maintain accurate documentation and records for all commercial activities.
∎ Handle Letter of Credit (LC) issuance, amendments, and settlements, ensuring smooth trade transactions for clients.
∎ Negotiate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and suppliers to secure favorable terms.
