Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish sales objectives and targets by developing sales plan and be responsible for overall sales operations for the assigned zone
∎ Lead, guide and monitor sales team to ensure sales targets are achieved within specific time, and with efficient credit management
∎ Supervise all depot operations in assigned regions and divisions to ensure depot activities are synchronized with sales demand & supply
∎ Initiate necessary steps for sales growth by maintaining smooth coordination with distributors, dealers and customers
∎ Ensure availability of products in consumer market through effective distribution channel and customer/dealer relationship
∎ Enforce strict adherence to product cold chain regulations to ensure product quality (fridge conditions, correct temperatures during storage and delivery)
∎ Produce relevent MIS that reflect Sales performance, GAP analysis and Improvement plan
Additional Requirements:
∎ 8-10 years of experience in Sales preferably in FMCG (Cold Chain experience is preferable)
∎ have strong customer-facing skills
∎ be self-motivated, team player, passionate and success driven
∎ be proficient in MS Office applications
Salary:
∎ Depending upon the qualification, experience and profile of the candidate, remuneration will be competitive.
