• Proven track record of managing large-scale production operations, with experience in elastic.

• Strong knowledge of production processes, machinery, and technologies related to Elastic manufacturing.

• Deep knowledge about different type of Elastic quality issues and how to solve them.

• Proficiency in production planning, inventory management, and quality control techniques

• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a large production team.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Position Overview:
The Senior Manager/ AGM- Elastic Production (Narrow Fabrics) is a senior management role responsible for overseeing the entire production process of narrow elastic fabrics. This position is pivotal in ensuring the efficient, cost-effective, and timely production of high-quality products that meet both customer specifications and industry standards. As the Sr. Manager/AGM, you will manage day-to-day operations on the production floor, lead a team of production supervisors and operators, and collaborate with other departments to streamline production processes. Your role will involve planning and executing production schedules, monitoring quality control, ensuring compliance with safety and labor regulations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise in textile production (specifically narrow fabrics), and a solid understanding of operational management principles. You will be expected to work closely with senior management to align production goals with overall business objectives and ensure that the company remains competitive in the market.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall elastic manufacturing department (Crochet, Jacquard, Needle Loom).

• Work closely with product design team, Production planning and quality to achieve on time bulk and sample delivery, achieve zero quality defect.

• Work on how to reduce bulk lead time, improve product quality.

• Work with purchase team so source better raw material.

• Collaborate with Store to utilize Elastic raw material efficiently.

• Estimate costs and prepare budgets for elastic department.

• Directs and supervises the continuous improvement of elastic production.

• Organize efficient workflow & SOP Implement.

• Work closely with maintenance team to keep machines good running condition and increase machine efficiency.

• Follow up and monitor overall production process, housekeeping, 6S and compliance issues of production floor.

• Responsible for reducing wastage and develop a proper waste management in system as per (time/man/machine) and process loss of materials.

• Arrange and conduct counselling for Manager / In charge / Supervisor / Operator to monitor and meet KPI.

• Instructions to Planner & monitoring the machine wise production planning as per capacity, target, priority & on time shipment.

• Developing & providing necessary guidelines to the team & factory to ensure the quality as per buyer requirement and improving overall productivity of the factory.

• Understanding, preparing & providing proper guidance in respect of cost calculation and consumption to the team & factory.

• Overall reports daily, weekly, monthly, yearly to General Manager & top management.

• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to reduce production costs without compromising quality.

• Report on financial performance, including cost variances and budget forecasts.

• Participate willingly in compliance and audit related activities and documentation as per management guideline.

• Following monthly activities (if any) and reporting to General Manager.

• To update senior proactively if any adverse situation occurs in mechanical system or any others.

• Any other task as assigned by the senior time to time.
