Education:

  • BBA in Marketing from Reputed University.
  • BSc. in Textile Engineering with experience in Customer Service will get preference.

Responsibilities & Context:

Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive to manage customer interactions, order processing, and coordination between internal departments in a garment accessories company. The role involves ensuring excellent customer satisfaction while maintaining accuracy in handling orders, documentation, and timely communication with buyers.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day communication with domestic and international buyers.

  • Manage order processing, quotations, invoices, and follow-up on shipments.

  • Address customer queries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.

  • Coordinate with the production, merchandising, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.

  • Maintain records of customer orders, contracts, and correspondence.

  • Assist in resolving product quality or service issues in collaboration with Sales, PD, SCM, QC & production teams.

  • Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Track order status, update customers on progress, and manage delivery schedules.

  • Prepare regular reports on customer interactions, orders, and service performance.
