∎ Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
∎ CCNA, CCNP, MCSE, RHCE, IPT/Converged solution certification will get preference.

∎ Provide Technology Consultation regarding IP Based Contact Center & IP Telephony Solutions to clients in the BPO and Solution Industry.
∎ Prevent impacts and rapidly restore data center operations and the availability of mission-critical services, applications and production data. Also, responsible for communicating, developing, implementing, maintaining and managing the governance of the Enterprise Disaster Recovery program for Digicon. The objective is to support IT systems' resilience and timely IT operations recovery, regardless of cause.
∎ Set Digicon's technology operations and manageability standards.
∎ Monitor service levels, set targets, and act.
∎ Follow process management discipline for change management of all systems managed.
∎ Provide coaching, development, succession, recruitment, resource management, team leadership, input into performance and development plans.
∎ Manage operations, support, and management of products, systems, applications and services.
∎ Drive incident, product and change management and production readiness for new environments, automation plus end-to-end capacity and performance management.
∎ Oversee system and network performance metrics as well as ensuring team and individuals performance aligned with company business goal.
∎ Manage crisis situations, oversee issue escalation and timely resolution as per agreed SLA.
∎ Coordinate incident and service quality reviews and report to line manager every week with analytics.
∎ Lead environment development and configuration from conceptualization through stabilization using various platforms.
∎ Lead effort to test, debug, and performance analyze and document environment components including configurations and operating procedures within relevant team level.
∎ Maintain standard operating procedures for all technology solutions and components to be used by department at par enterprise standard format.
∎ Offer suggestions on building, buying and reusing system components.
∎ Respect Digicon's technology delivery practices, standards, project management disciplines.
∎ Collecting Business Requirements, Planning, Requirement Analysis, Design, and transferring the same knowledge to team for preparing Technical Specifications and solutions.
∎ Design, Integrate and develop products and solutions of Contact Center, IVR, IP Telephony.
∎ Research, Innovate and Bring social media management solution, software to enable cost effective solution for clients and accelerate the growth in customer experience.
∎ Analyzing system's gap in terms of functionality and features. Also designing new solutions to overcome the current challenges and future enhancement.
∎ Educate clients on technology choices. Consult on system strategy, architecture and design, industry trends, help them with technical literacy to help them make informed decisions.
∎ Identify IT service partners, develop business cases.
∎ Other duties as assigned.
