∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in programming languages and frameworks, such as Java, .Net, Python, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular, ReactJS etc. and 5 years of experience in leadership role is required.
∎ Experience in architecting and designing (architecture, design patterns, reliability, and scaling) of new and current systems.
∎ Strong business acumen and techno-commercial knowledge to drive successful project outcomes.
∎ Sound knowledge of state-of-the-art DevOps and Manual/Automated SQA best practices and processes.
∎ Working experience with agile and waterfall development methodologies and relevant project management tools.
∎ Experience of implementing standard software development processes like CMMI in any of the previous organizations.
∎ Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.Strong command of English, both verbal and written.
∎ Strong understanding in SDLC, programming logics and DBExperience in software development and validation cycles
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skillsAnalytical thinking and decision-making ability.
∎ Strong collaborator with the ability to co-operate effectively.
∎ Familiarity with government and corporate BRD, SRS, TOR, and related technical documentation.

∎ Technical Lead Manager will oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from initial business analysis and solution design through product development, service delivery, and ongoing maintenance.
∎ He will also lead technical projects with close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, project managers, and technology teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet project objectives and meet client expectations.
