• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap.·        

• Proficiency in NextJS, React.js, Redux, Context API, Component base architecture.·        

• Experience with REST API integration.·      

• Familiarity with internationalization/localization libraries.·  

• Strong focus on UI/UX principles and front-end performance tuning.

• Develop responsive web pages from UI/UX mockups (Figma/Adobe XD).
• Implement bilingual (Bangla & English) localization.
• Integrate with REST APIs provided by the back-end team.
• Build user dashboards, forms, and role-based workflows.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, performance optimization, and accessibility.
• Apply branding elements (logos, themes) consistently across the web interface.
• Proficient in CSS, UI/UX Design principle. Experience in frameworks like Tailwind CSS, SCSS is a Plus.
• Understanding OOP design pattern and principle
• Proficiency with GIT(GitHub/GitLab)
• Experience building modular and maintainable front-end applications writing with clean and well documented code.
• Experience with front-end testing frameworks such as Jest or React Testing Library and address performance issues.
