Job Context:
∎ Ai2 Technologies, a London based company, is seeking a talented, self-starting and passionate Senior / Lead Developer who`s excited to solve complex and new problems. You could be joining a global software house.
∎ As a growing company, you`ll be creating new and exciting applications along with some ongoing projects.
∎ Solid full-stack experience includes Node.js and Express, MongoDB as well as more traditional technologies like PHP, ASP.NET, and MySQL.
∎ Extensive knowledge of front-end JavaScript and browser APIs as well as significant experience with popular frameworks and libraries like React and Redux.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Delivering work to agreed estimates and timescales.
∎ Producing software component designs and specifications.
∎ Producing and test software components of any size and complexity.
∎ Producing unit, link and integration test plans and test results.
∎ Creating test data and testing environments for unit, link and integration testing.
∎ Assisting with integration testing, system testing, acceptance testing and implementation.
∎ Producing system documentation.
∎ Undertaking on project estimates and to ensure estimates for the creation and development of IT solutions are achievable.
∎ Implementing change control procedures.
∎ Maintaining and develop knowledge skill and competencies in software development in more than one specialist area.
∎ Implementing appropriate software configuration management processes for deliverables.
∎ Reporting own and teams progress and issues to the Project Manager in a timely manner. In particular, to relay issues that might impact on quality or the ability to deliver to timescales or estimates.
∎ Identifying and communicate potential risk areas to the company.
∎ Carrying out audits and participate in technical walkthroughs of other team members components, test plans and results.
∎ Supporting a body of knowledge in the application of technology to addressing business issues.
∎ Writing clean, documented, maintainable and testable code
∎ Working with the team to ensure user experiences are top quality
∎ Building-up, developing and managing the team
Additional Requirements:

∎ Essential Expectations:
∎ Sound knowledge of the latest developments and future strategy for their technology area, and an awareness of its application.
∎ Sound knowledge and experience of associated software engineering tools, techniques, methods within their specialist area.
∎ Demonstrable experience of working as a Senior Software Engineer on large or complex software engineering programmes/projects.
∎ Project/team leadership of a software development team.
∎ Understanding of impact of technology, environment and infrastructure on the business.
∎ Product Evaluation
∎ Detailed system design
∎ Define hardware/software performance and specify requirements
∎ Create/Build Software Design software component
∎ Manage/Conduct testing.
∎ Prepare implementation, conversion and cutover plans
∎ Install systems
∎ Investigate training needs
∎ Create user and operational documentation
∎ Support users during early live running
∎ Comfortable working with stakeholders
∎ Writing clean, maintainable, testable code
∎ Working with the team to ensure user experiences are top quality
∎ Building-up, developing and managing the team
