Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc / M.Sc in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) from UGC approved University.
∎ IT-related training will be treated as additional qualifications.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support applications and hardware.
∎ Report-IT Asset Inventory and Removal/disposal of non-functional equipment.
∎ Identify requirements of computer or network equipment and ensure functionality.
∎ Support audio/visual equipment for on-site and off-site presentations and training.
∎ In-house Software administration and support.
∎ Configure and deploy new and refurbished workstations, laptops and peripheral equipment.
∎ Manage the solution of user requests, IT problems and network maintenance
∎ Provide In-House IT-related Support.
∎ Overview of CCTV surveillance infrastructure.
∎ Web site, web server and other social media Maintenance.
∎ Troubleshoot and solve problems for Hardware desktops, laptops, notebooks, printers with PC Assembling.
∎ Set-up and maintenance of IP, LAN and wireless router, CC-Camera, attendance machine, Barcode and Online Printer, and Microsoft Outlook, MS Excel, Antivirus.
∎ Windows server (2008, 2012, 2016) operate and Maintenance.
∎ Maintain accurate and complete database programming documentations, and Report to superior.
∎ Ability to work alone and own ideas.
∎ A hard-working, dedicated approach to delivering timely and well-structured code.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Hands-on-experience on the installation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) based Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) with Alarm and Reporting System including Control Centre, Automation Smart Access control system
∎ Adequate knowledge in Networking, Data Structure, Data Science, Routing and Switching, Linux Server
∎ The mentality to go through extensive tour program to anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Planning and controlling Annual IT budget and expenditures.
∎ Handle annual budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.

Salary: Negotiable
