∎ Must have knowledge in MS Office, E-Mail operation.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Conduct vendor evaluation and develop new vendor as per company policy.
∎ • Ensure development & implementation of organizational procurement/purchase policy.
∎ • Support all business units in regard to Procurement and Development, in an efficient and cost-effective way.
∎ • Plan, lead, organize and control the Supply Chain team to achieve organizational goal.
∎ • Wastage and inventory control by budgeting, necessary cutting plan, and controlling materials issues & uses.
∎ • Updating and communicating progress and schedule changes to concern departments, also to facilitate decision making for the management.
∎ • Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
∎ • Procuring all dyes and chemicals from local and international sources for the company.
∎ • Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
∎ • Work with multiple vendors to determine the best deals for the company, and have to evaluate the many pros and cons of each, based on price, quality, speed of delivery and other factors.
∎ • Monitor & focus upcoming levels of demand determine quantity & timing of deliveries.
∎ • Prepare the statistical dyes and chemical procurement report in different way in daily, weekly and monthly.
∎ • Perform cost and scenario analysis and benchmarking.
∎ • To maintain excellent liaison with other departments for concluding smooth work.
∎ • Collect shipping documents and pass to the logistics/UD/C&F for preparing papers to release the goods.
∎ • Follow up whole dyes and chemicals procurement process time to time and report to supervisor
