∎ Manages staff.
∎ Researches and implements technological strategic solutions.
∎ Team leadership and management.
∎ Plan, Monitor and Appraises job result.
∎ maintains a safe and secure work environment.
∎ Problem solving and analytical Skills
∎ Router configure and network troubleshot.
∎ CCtv camera NVR and DVR configure and troubleshot
∎ Data server troubleshot and employment.
∎ Supported Mac and windows server setup.
∎ ERP, Payroll, NAS server, VPN server, problem solving and implement.
∎ Microsoft 365 mail server, problem finding and troubleshot and implement.
∎ Ensure network performance, reliability and security through proactive monitoring and timely upgrade.
∎ Implement and manage VLANs, and firewall rules for ensure remote access.
∎ Manage Outside hardware, telephone system and large remote workface.
∎ Leads highly visible, complex project, program or solution that are critical to the business.
∎ Ability to proved 24/7/365 network and business application infrastructure and ensure disaster recover in addition to business continuity.
∎ Strong understanding of full life cycle of corporate application system development and long term maintenance.
