Job Context:
∎ TVS Auto Bangladesh Ltd. is a joint venture company.
∎ To ensure Company Growth in terms of motorbike product production service, control & production management as well as business profitability.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring quality product support to customers.
∎ Manage supply chain by effectively maintaining inventory of parts.
∎ Suggest management for products ranges are Hooks and Clips according to customers’ choice (not clear)
∎ Plan and procure raw materials & spare for the weld shop, paint shop, and maintenance department.
∎ Setting up production planning and ensuring total fitness of machinery (Electrical and Mechanical) to keep production in line.
∎ Continuously enhance the performance of equipment by effectively maintaining machinery and tools as required by the plant.
∎ Ensure production and planning are in line with the customer's requirements.
∎ Total Maintenance (Electrical and Mechanical Dept.) Machinery.
∎ Suggest management for the planning of raw materials procurements, communication to cater to customer’s priority requirements, and distribution department to ensure delivery of the Finished Products.
∎ Direct and provide oversight to plan, schedule, coordinate, and execute Production Plan and outage activities to maximize plant productivity with maintain proper QA.
∎ Works with the leads and production team to develop and track against a production plan reflective of the defined production goals as set by the Top Management.
∎ Provide support to the top management by preparing meeting agendas and supporting materials for production-related issues.
∎ Line balancing & efficiency calculation Capacity Calculation (Based on Time Study)
∎ Set goals and conduct appraisals of the team.
∎ Work with staff and employers to prepare a comprehensive budget.
∎ Ensure that the company complies with all legislation covering taxation and withholding payments
∎ To provide technical assistance to all sections wherever applicable to achieve customers’ quality standards, i.e., line setup, machinery adoption, production methods, work-aid, QA system, and ongoing presence.
∎ Working to improve and expand the company's Product Quality with Proper Customer Satisfaction.
∎ Implement all relevant procedures described in the Quality Management System (QMS).
∎ Executing all manufacturing facilities for all current products and sustenance of Quality system by providing Engineering support for all feeder shops viz., Machining, fabrication, press shop, painting, plating, and engine assembly & vehicle assembly
∎ Preparing & monitoring the Project Schedule, weekly, and monthly progress status, highlighting achievements, problems, holdups, and areas of concern & suggesting Catch Up plans
∎ Ensure the proper supply of child parts, color parts, and others to support production on time
∎ Participate in the allocation of budget, staff, and any other resource(s) that are needed to accomplish or achieve set out goals (projects), and also monitor the performance of every project
∎ Maintain correct project time frames, estimates, and status reports
∎ Directly supervises & controls maintenance team members to reduce downtime.
∎ Develop a safety sense in work and build a multi-skilled approach to the maintenance members by training, directing, and managing performance.
∎ Ensure compliance, updating maintenance system to meet ISO requirements & company policy.
∎ Prepare a daily report of match-up components for production & submit it to management.
∎ Planning, controlling, executing, and managing the program of production.
∎ Prepare daily and monthly production reports and submit them to the authority.
∎ Develop & implements and improves preventive maintenance programs.
∎ Assure proper utilization of workforce for production and other related works.
∎ Ensure workplace health & safety issues for the factory & office by conducting safety patrols assessing risk, and implementing corrective actions.
∎ Planning the line of production and managing the material for the production line.
∎ Assess skill development training program, identify courses & execute as per requirement.
∎ Planning, executing, and managing the program of production.
∎ Responsible for the daily, and monthly reports and submission to the authority.
∎ Assisting in system assurance including documentation, testing, and inspection of products.
∎ Responsible for preventive & corrective maintenance and executing work accordingly.
∎ Oversee the implementation of the human resources policies, procedures, and practices including the development of job descriptions for all staff
∎ Work with staff and employers to prepare a comprehensive budget.
∎ Planning for waste management in a scientific way
∎ To facilitate achievement of plant targets on PQCDMS by reviewing performance and utilizing resources provided.

∎ Age 50 to 65 years
