∎ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Technology, Apparel Manufacturing, or a related field.

∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Preference will be given to the individual having Lingerie Experience.
∎ Strong understanding of garment construction techniques and fabric properties specific to intimate apparel.
∎ Proficiency in pattern-making software (e.g., Gerber, Lectra) and experience in manual pattern drafting.
∎ Expertise in garment fitting, especially for complex lingerie designs (bras, panties, shapewear).
∎ Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills related to garment production.
∎ Strong technical writing skills, including preparation of technical packs, size charts, and quality specifications.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of different types of sewing machines and their specific uses in garment manufacturing.
∎ Ensure sewing machines are properly set up, adjusted, and maintained for optimal performance.
∎ Provide technical guidance to sewing machine operators on stitching techniques and troubleshooting machine issues.
∎ Assist with machine calibration and the optimization of stitching quality for lingerie products.
∎ Collaborate with design and product development teams to create patterns and technical specifications for lingerie garments.
∎ Ensure all designs are technically feasible for mass production while maintaining the original design aesthetics.
∎ Review and refine garment patterns and fit samples to ensure quality and consistency.
∎ Analyze fabric and trims to determine their suitability for lingerie products.
∎ Conduct quality audits throughout the production process, ensuring that all garments meet both domestic and international quality standards.
∎ Collaborate with the quality control team to identify and correct issues with production runs.
∎ Ensure proper fabric handling, stitching quality, and overall garment appearance.
