Experience:

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Buying House

• Bachelors Degree in Fashion Design from BUFT, Shanta Morium will be given preference.

• Training in Fashion Illustration, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CIo 3D, or any design software will be an added advantage.

• Strong sense of color, fabric, silhouettes, and international fashion trends.

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and 3D design software.

• Creative, detail-oriented, trend-conscious, and able to work under pressure.

• Strong communication skills in English (spoken & written).

• Research global fashion trends, color stories, fabrics, trims, and market intelligence to develop creative & commercial design concepts.

• Create innovative designs for knitwear for any categories.

• Develop seasonal own design collections (SS/AW) for reputed brands, and global trends which can explore our own design for customer interest to grap the order based on our own design.

• Prepare detailed tech packs including sketches, measurements, fabric/trim details, and construction guidelines to ensure customer interest.

• Work closely with merchandising & sampling teams to ensure accurate sample development.

• Coordinate with sample department, pattern masters, and R&D for design execution and quality assurance.

• Present design concepts to marketing dept. and buyers with mood boards, color pallets, and CADs.

• Maintain a consistent design aesthetic aligned with the company’s vision and buyer profiles.

• Ensure all designs meet cost targets, production feasibility, and lead time requirements.

• Maintain updated documentation of design library, buyer specifications, and trend boards.
