Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set up process and process targets in sewing to monitor output;
∎ Improve SMV by process improvement/innovation and update into GSD;
∎ Participate to PP meetings to identify the risk of all new styles;
∎ Check all process to ensure correct SMV is included in bulletin according to GSD;
∎ Take Skill test of sewing operator;
∎ Any other task assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ at least 2 years work experience in Industrial Engineering with large knit garments
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: Negotiable
