Responsibilities & Context:
- Ensure final inspection and determine a corrective action plan for problematic fabrics/garments
- Review buyer tolerance % and carry out on-time quality assessment measures through 4-point system to ensure customer satisfaction
- Study quality manuals / upcoming new style and ensure online and offline quality parameters
- Identify defects, analyze root cause and take corrective action plan
- Implement Quality policy and SOPs through team
