• Up-to-date knowledge of interior design trends and products.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Proactive and able to work independently.

• Valid motorcycle license and ability to ride a motorcycle for work-related tasks.

• High level of honesty, integrity, and work ethic.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Senior Executive for our Supply Chain team. The ideal candidate will have a keen ability to source products for interior work, strong negotiation skills, and a reliable network of vendors and suppliers. This role requires honesty, hard work, and the ability to operate a motorcycle for efficient transportation.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Source and procure products for interior work, ensuring high quality and competitive pricing.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and products in the interior design market.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.

• Negotiate terms and contracts with suppliers to secure the best deals.

• Identify and source products for specific categories within tight deadlines.

• Ensure timely delivery of products and manage the logistics involved in the supply chain.

• Conduct regular market research to stay informed about new and emerging products.

• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and vendor performance.

• Ride a motorcycle for quick and efficient transportation between suppliers, warehouses, and project sites.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of supply chain processes.

• Uphold high standards of honesty and integrity in all dealings.
