• Regularly communicating with senior authority regarding stock levels, issues.

• Preparing inventory reports and updating management on any significant stock discrepancies.

• Any other task assigned by the authority.

• Good oral and written communication skills.

• Ability to manage the team.

• Monitoring stock levels regularly and ensuring items are well-stocked.

• Conducting physical stock checks.

• Tracking and managing inventory movement.

• Coordinating with suppliers for timely filling of stock.

• Ensuring proper storage of products to prevent damage.

• Inspecting products for defects and reporting issues to the relevant department.

• Updating the inventory management system with data on stock arrivals.

• Ensuring the store is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

• Checking for expired or damaged stock and removing or replacing it as necessary.

• Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

• Monitoring and ensuring the security of the store and its inventory.
