We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Senior Executive (SCM-Local), Electrical Items for Bashundhara Chemical Industries Limited
Job Responsibility:-
Responsible for procuring all electrical items including Substation, Transformer, Generator, DB/SDB board, Cable, Lights, Inverter, valves, Control Panel, testing meters, switch & Socket from local market
Maintain and manage end-to-end process of procurement to mitigate concerns department requirements within a specific duration
Develop a strong portfolio of vendors to get material at a competitive rate
Assist in the preparation or upgradation of procurement strategy and SOPs to standardize procurement system
Process supplier’s bill and communicate with concerned department to expedite the processing
Monitor stock and inventory records through software and generate reports from time to time
Maintain safety stock for unusual materials
