Job Responsibilities:
∎ Stay up-to-date on current market
∎ Assisting with product development, pricing, and new product launch as well as developing new business opportunities.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to creatively reach more potential customers on digital media
∎ Competitor and customer insights analysis
∎ Must have a good communication skill
∎ Community management: Social Media
∎ Keep engaged with the customers and followers on social media
∎ Assisting the creative team
∎ Maintaining a good relationship with the vendors
∎ Communicate with the delivery partners
∎ Solving different seller issues. For Example Invoice printing issues, Sync Issues, etc.
∎ Solving different customer issues like "Missing Item Issue", "Color Confirmation Issue", "Size Confirmation Issue", "Cancellation Issue" etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Digital Marketing, Ecommerce Marketing experience
∎ Good knowledge of creative designs and contents
∎ Good knowledge of the online fashion market
∎ Online sales knowledge
∎ Expert on basic digital marketing tools
∎ Data analysis
∎ Experience on e-commerce person will be preferable

Salary: Negotiable
