Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
3–6 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in DTH, ISP, cable TV, or telecom sector.
Strong understanding of sales channels and regional market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage a team or area.
Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive – Sales & Marketing to play a pivotal role in driving our subscriber base, dealer network, and brand visibility across key regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales strategies, channel management, and local market behavior, preferably within the DTH or related industries.
Sales & Business Development:
Identify and approach potential customers (residential & commercial) to sell CATV packages.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets as set by the company.
Conduct door-to-door sales, cold calling, and follow-ups to generate leads.
Customer Relationship Management:
Provide product demonstrations and explain service benefits to customers.
Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints professionally.
Ensure customer satisfaction to encourage renewals and referrals.
Market Research & Reporting:
Monitor competitor offerings and market trends.
Provide feedback to the marketing/sales team on customer preferences.
Maintain accurate sales records and submit daily/weekly reports.
Coordination & Support:
Work closely with the technical team for smooth installation and service activation.
Assist in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and local events.
