Job Context:
∎ We require a hard-working, talented and proactive resource as a Senior Executive Officer for the Sales & Marketing team of Navigation BD, which is a sister concern of BJIT.
∎ Navigation BD is a house of creative solutions that is engaged in providing innovatively customized information services through online web-portals, where the general public can avail specific information on specific areas of interest.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate client needs.
∎ Identify foreign clients to serve them with accommodation in Bangladesh.
∎ Actively seek out new sales opportunities through digital marketing, cold calling, email marketing and social media.
∎ ? Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
∎ Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's foreign customer base and ensure its strong presence in Bangladesh.
∎ Lead a team of Sales toward effective collaboration and attainment of goals.
∎ Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
∎ Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
∎ Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
∎ Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven presentation & leadership skill to run both big & small team.
∎ Must be target oriented and ability to meet deadlines.
∎ Resourceful and problem solving aptitudes.
∎ Successful previous experience as a sales representative.
